Comprehensive real estate consulting for the new real estate investor

Welcome to Amer-Estate!

So you've been thinking about buying some real estate, hmmm?

Hello! My name is Dennis

That's me in the pic there. What? Were you expecting to see some flashy guy in a $1,000 suit? Nah, flashy suits just aren't me. I'm as chill and as down-to-earth as you are, so if I am going to be sitting by a pool, it's going to be in some relaxing, semi-retired casual clothes. Isn't that what you'd do?

Welcome to my small company, Amer-Estate

I was once like you.... wanting to find some way to get ahead, but just didn't know where to start. I'd worked every job under the sun, from fast food to driving a semi. Nothing was really working for me. I was one of the ones trying to push a red block, while I watched others effortlessly rolling a red ball in front of them. ------>

Then one day I bought my first property

I bought a small two bedroom house in a nice subdivision, similar to the one in the pic. From there, I was on an adrenaline kick. I finally understood how valuable home ownership was. I'd lived in small cramped apartments in noisy neighborhoods all over town, and now, all of a sudden, I'd found myself in a nice working-class suburban neighborhood where it was safe to walk the streets at night.

Through thick and thin, I learned a few things....

I was determined to pay off my house

It took me a few years of working every job you coud think of, morning shifts, afternoons, evenings and overnights. Weekends, holiday and every other shift you can think of. I managed restaurants, worked in factories and light industrial settings driving fork lifts. But, I finally managed to pay off a $100,000 mortgage.

I learned a nice living could be had by buying even MORE property

While doing some online research, I discovered that many millionaires acquire their wealth through real estate. I did some further digging and discovered there were plenty of people out there just like me who had saved every penny, then started buying real estate just like I was considering.

They all seemed as average as I am

So, if they could do it, so could I, right?

Soon I was buying rental properties

First I found a nice property a few miles from me. That's actually it in the picture.

A couple years later, a couple more

Here is the second building I bought ---------->

I made every mistake there was

But somehow, I learned, and learned, and learned. I was beginning to fine-tune my operation. Learning how to manage my properties. I started on day one not knowing a single thing about the rental business. And now I was an expert in my own right! Here is the third building          <-------- I bought.

Soon I had some of my own tenants asking me questions

They wanted to know how someone with no higher education or degree could buy properties

That's when I decided to conduct webinars

I decided there must be thousands of other people out there just like my tenants who wanted to learn just how I'd managed to get to the point where I could buy rental property. If you don't know, a webinar is a simple process of conducting a "seminar" over the "web", thus it's called a webinar. It replaces the traditional seminar where a person stands in front of an audience and speaks.

And that led me to start Amer-Estate

I sold off my properties after owning them for years. Now I am semi-retired and all I do now mostly is conduct webinars to teach others how to do what I did.

And the best part of all.......

I got started on a fast food income!!!

'Tis true! I spent half my life in fast food, for the golden arches. Sound like anyone you know? I worked endless opens, closes, mid-day's, weekends, overtime, holidays. You name it, I did it. Cleaned toilets, picked up cigarette butts off the parking lot, changed trash cans and managed restaurants. Sound like anyone you know?

And I did it with absolutely no degree, no higher education, no special training....  nothing but hard work and the will to succeed.
